That is why our energetic youth coaches deliver two weeks of dynamic, prep-free leadership lessons directly into your classrooms at absolutely no cost. The fundraising is simply the cherry on top. Your campus receives a powerful program that empowers students, and you happen to raise record-breaking funds in the process.

Yes. Every student earns the daily leadership wristbands, can participate in all the classroom awards and the program finale, regardless of how much money they raise. We want every child to feel included and celebrated.

Your program is run by a local Apex team: an owner who lives in your community and the energetic, background-checked coaches they hire and train. Your local team handles everything on campus, from the beginning to the end.

Yes. We listen to what your school needs and adjust wherever we can: your schedule, your spaces, your student body, and your staff. Our job is to fit into your school's rhythm, not disrupt it, so the program feels like support rather than one more thing on your plate.

Yes, and our local Apex team handles everything from start to finish. Your school will never need to purchase, organize, or distribute a single item.

While students can earn individual thank-you gifts for their efforts, we also provide exciting classroom awards so they can celebrate together as a team.

Each student receives a personal online fundraising page to share with family and friends. Supporters can donate from anywhere, helping schools reach beyond their immediate community.

Donations are collected through Apex’s online platform, making it easier for families to give and reducing the need for schools to manage payments.

Teachers have skin in the game. A portion of what each classroom raises goes directly back to that teacher for their classroom, so teachers have a real reason to coach their students along. Beyond that, we ask very little: our coaches deliver the daily lessons, and teachers just record results on event day.

Apex is for everybody, and that includes families. Our informational materials come in multiple languages and our lesson videos are available in Spanish. Families can also pledge on paper and send in cash or checks if online giving isn't an option.

Every student participates in a way that works for them, planned with your staff before event day rather than improvised on it. No student is left out of the celebration and no student is required to fundraise.
